Processing Time

 

• All Orders are processed within 5-10 business days unless item is in store (1-2 business days)(excluding weekends and holidays).
• All wig orders takes 1-2 business days to process. 

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times do not include processing times. 

Tracking Your Order

 

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

 

 

Shipping Delays

 

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Once your package is in transit, delays are out of our control.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

• Please double-check your address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Dream Shop Chi is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Signature will be required for orders over $100.

 

 

International Orders

 

• Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.
