Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund (store credit or original payment method).


 

Return Shipping

 

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.


Wigs and Hair Products

 

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any wigs or hair products, even if unopened.


Final Sale & Discounted Items

 

Items marked as final sale, custom orders, or on sale are not eligible for return or refund.
