Fulfillment Times
At Dream Shop Chi, we ship as fast as we can because we know you don't want to wait.
- Hair (613, Virgin Hair, Wigs): Ships the next business day after order placement.
- Raw Hair: 2-3 day shipping
- Accessories & Other Items: Ships within 10-14 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Carriers & Transit Times
We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Estimated transit times after shipping (within the US):
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International transit times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days after shipment.
Please not: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and recollected by your local customs office upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address on your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reply to your order confirmation email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll work with you to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene reason, all hair sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchange on hair products.
